Integration allows BMW, BMWi and MINI retailers to send specific end of lease/end of finance follow-up notes over to Infobahn. In return, any customer notes stored to that customer within Infobahn make their way back to ONE-EIGHTY. This is to ensure that both parties (retailers and BMW FS) that may be contacting the customer are aware of the information that has been shared.

Integration accepts incoming BMW, BMWi and MINI vehicle inventory to update the retailers' Pre-Inventory and In Stock inventory. Incoming vehicles include any incoming units, on-order or in transit, up until the vehicle is invoiced to the retailer.

- Customer Insert (On Demand; Real-time): If a customer is added in ONE-EIGHTY but is not yet in CDK, the customer can be added on demand to the CDK customer database. This is one directional from ONE-EIGHTY to CDK in real-time from a quote.

- Customer Update (Automatic; Real-time): If a customer with a CDK customer # is updated in ONE-EIGHTY, the changes will automatically transfer through to CDK and update their profile in real-time.

- Vehicle Insert (On Demand; Real-time): New, Demo and Used Vehicle information in ONE-EIGHTY can be transferred in real-time to Accounting and Service in CDK.

- Internal ROs Extract (Automatic; Daily): ONE-EIGHTY receives Open and Close Internal ROs daily and updates the Internals section of the ONE-EIGHTY Stockcard accordingly.

- Customer Pay ROs Extract (Automatic; Daily): ONE-EIGHTY receives Customer Pay ROs daily from CDK. This information, which includes the work completed and dollar value, are documented on the Customer Profile and in Service CRM.

- Service Appointment Extract (Automatic; Daily): ONE-EIGHTY receives service appointments created in CDK daily which are made available in ONE-EIGHTY's My Business+ to view, confirm and complete post-appointment follow-up.

- Accounting Journal Entry Push (On Demand; Real-time): A journal entry can be inserted into CDK Accounting on demand in real-time. Dynamic deal templates have an active memory so most fields are automatically mapped once. This allows the deal to be sent and easily to CDK Accounting.
