Helping Dealers Work with Third Parties That Provide Customer Management-Related Products
Currently, there are more than 80 partner products in our CDK Partner Program that offer Customer Management products.
Companies that leverage our Customer Management integration offerings provide the following types of products:
- Customer Follow-Up
- Customer Marketing
- Customer Retention
- Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
Integration options include both the extract and writeback of data from CDK applications as well as the ability to integrate with dealers who use CDK Websites.
CDK can extract data to enable customer- targeted marketing and follow-ups, including names and contact information. Transactional data is also available (ex: repair orders and vehicle sales), which include customer information and specific transactions for third parties to provide services to dealers. Each service is tailored to transactions such as customer satisfaction index surveys.
CDK gives third parties (such as chat providers) the ability to integrate into CDK Websites through a standardized, supported and secure manner.
We provide bidirectional integration through predefined writeback packages. Our standard offering in the customer management area is the Front Office Writeback Package. This package includes the following:
- On-demand extract of the following data types: customer data, sales data (pending and finalized), service customers, service vehicles, repair orders (open and closed)
- Customer writeback, deals (both Drive F&I and CDK Desking) and credit application
